
The Valindus group majority shareholder, Jean-Marc Sassier, is an engineer and a graduate of the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises, in Paris. For twenty years he held several positions as managing director in various companies where his mission was to develop their activity in France and worldwide. He is a foreign trade advisor for the French government.
Serge Grandos is the industrial manager. An Engineer who holds a post graduate degree in mechanical engineering from Lyon 1 University (1989), he worked for Thomson CSF, was a project manager at Alcatel Telspace, research and development mechanical manager at Alcatel Alenia Space, before joining the Valindus group in 2001.
The , invests from 300 000 to 3 million euros in high end companies. Vauban is an active partner, participating in strategic decisions, bringing their experience and expertise, notably in legal, fiscal and financial engineering matters.
Valindus also relies on their shareholding partners for technical, sales and marketing, and financial decision making.
