The Valindus group designs and manufactures complex power and motion transmission systems for high technology industries. Today, the group primarily works with civil and military aeronautics, as well as the armaments sector. The group’s goal : becoming the European leader in the sector through a consistent grouping of companies, by developing steadily through continual, well-controlled growth. This goal will be achieved though the expansion of its areas of expertise, the development of new sectors of activity (space aeronautics, medical, cosmetics, energy and rail equipments) and external growth. Three French companies have joined the Valindus group in the past two years. Worldwide, there are ongoing projects either to take over complimentary or rival companies, or to build solid partnerships and industrial joint ventures. These projects should become concrete in 2009 in the United States, in 2010 in Morocco, and in 2011 in Asia. The Valindus group will then be in a position to support their clients in their international development. Our business project: offering our clients long term alternative solutions that are competitive from both a logistics and industrial cost standpoint, also allowing for the integration of Valindus equipment on a local level for international contracts. Through the impetus of their president, Jean-Marc Sassier, Valindus is above all a group in constant technological progression, while offering its clients competitive prices, reliable logistics, and high quality as attested to by the following certifications: ISO 9001, EN 9100.
