Quality control

 

The quality of our products is widely recognized by industry contractors.

The quality control process  is based on an ongoing implementation of rigorous control procedures and high performance control systems :

  • 3-dimensional machines : MITUTOYO 3D manual and CN
  • Micro-Top automated gear inspection system
  • Automated dimension control bench.

The complete systems are bench tested and delivered with their technical reports and corresponding certificates.

The GESSICA module is used to manage control tools and their calibration. 

Human expertise
In order to ensure the quality of the entire production process, human expertise is even more essential than the quality of the machines. Within the Valindus group and its companies, training and the transmission of know-how and information between teams is considered fundamental.

Rigorous controls for above standard quality.

A group quality manager conducts internal and external audits, quality control of first production parts, reinforces self-audits in production, handles internal and external non-compliances.
