Production management and control is conducted using TOP MANUFACTURING software by Missler. This software, integrated with a computer assisted management control program, is used in a network of twenty computer stations. The company’s communications and data servers (internet access) are completely controlled by the company. All security and back-up procedures are reviewed periodically. In 2009, the group initiated a substantial project: LEAN MANUFACTURING, in all of its workshops, starting at the level of methods and industrialization, where production is launched.
